The ethical way of harvesting palo santo is sustainable since no trees are being cut down; instead, they are harvested once the tree dies naturally.
Peruvian origin has "spicier" notes of citrus & mint, and more rectangular, while Ecuadorian-origin has "sweeter" notes of cinnamon, vanilla, & coconut.
